All Items are shipped by First Class post in the UK or in The Netherlands, and by Air Mail outside the UK. A standard postal charge of 4.00 Euros will be applied. Moneyback Guarantee & Returns Policy Customers must obtain a Returns Authorisation before returning any item(s) ordered from ETI IS BV.

Returns will be authorised for the following reasons:
(i) customers are in receipt of an unsatisfactory item which is considered to have been misleadingly described by ETI IS BV
(ii) customers are in receipt of goods damaged in transit
(iii) customers are in receipt of defective goods

To obtain a Returns Authorisation, please phone or email biodiversityshop@eti.uva.nl giving the following details: order ID, name and address; item title(s); reason for returns request and nature of damage or defect; and, date of receipt of goods. Customers must request a Returns Authorisation within 28 days of receipt of goods.

For items returned for reason (i) above, customers are entitled to a full credit or refund for the item value as invoiced.

For items returned for reasons (ii) or (iii) above, we will provide a replacement. If the item is no longer available, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Goods returned by customers should be securely packed in the original and complete state. ETI IS BV reserves the right to refuse inadequately packed returns.

We regret that we cannot refund P & P unless the software tests faulty. We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from the Post Office to act as a confirmation of all returns. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Orders for items not yet despatched may be cancelled at any time, without penalty. You are also entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days from the day after receipt of your goods. All we ask is that you return the goods sealed and unopened, in saleable and mint condition together with all original packaging, documentation and manuals. ETI IS BV is not liable for any loss however arising.
