If you encounter a problem that is not covered in the FAQ or under Linnaeus II hints and tips, please do the following:
- Check if you have sent in the registration card that comes with your product. If you haven't done so already, please send it to: ETI, Mauritskade 61, 1092 AD Amsterdam, The Netherlands. ETI cannot provide support for unregistered products.
- Check if your computer and operating system meet the requirements as specified on the CD-ROM inlay. Some titles were produced for older operating systems and may not function properly with the latest systems. ETI CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs are standalone products that do not work over a network.
- If the product has functioned properly but suddenly stopped working, take your time to prepare an inventory of potentially conflicting software. Did you install any new software that may conflict with ETI software?
- Check if the error you encounter is reproducible. If so, please write down the exact error message and how to reproduce it.
